Erudite Leader Traits

UPDATED FOR 3.11

Erudite Leader Traits is a small mod that adds many new veteran traits (and a destiny trait) that are available to any Erudite leader. The aim was to build upon the ascension paths to allow for more diverse roleplay/thematics and some new gameplay elements.

These leader traits are weighted to be somewhat rare and balanced to be slightly more powerful than an average trait, however like any leader trait, their effectiveness will vary on the current strategy.

The mod is currently only available in English (translators welcome).

Compatibility

Features require Galactic Paragons DLC, and one trait will be modified slightly based on other DLCs. (Astral Rifts Exploration)

Zero base game files harmed (Should be compatible with all other mods)
(Should also work properly with any mods that allow for multiple ascension paths, such as allowing Cybernetic Psionics)

NOT achievement compatible (Only UI mods that don't change features can be)

Features

The list of traits and their effects is as follows:
(Some will only show up after their affected features are unlocked such as Gene Modification for Genetic Visionary)

Logistics Insights (Available to Commissioners, Urbanists, and Analysts)
Planet: -10% upkeep from jobs
Sector: -5% upkeep from jobs

Patron of Research (Available to Advisors)
Councilor: +5% research from jobs

Science Communicator (Available to Ambassadors)
Councilor: +10% scientist experience gain, +5% research sharing from research agreements

Galactic Scientist (Available to Delegates)
GalCom: 10% diplomatic weight from tech
Federation: +0.5 federation experience

Impeccable Mentor (Available to Strategists)
Councilor: +150 starting xp for ships, +150 starting xp for armies

Pinpoint Accuracy (Available to Admirals)
Fleet: +10 tracking, +10 accuracy

Unparalleled Strategics (Available to Generals)
Army: +10% health, +10% damage

Genetic Visionary (Available to Statisticians)
Councilor: +1 biological trait point

Efficient Surveys (Available to Explorers)
Leader: +10% survey speed, +10% anomaly discovery chance

Enhanced Perception (Available to Scholars)
Leader: +10% anomaly research speed, +10% archealogy speed, +10 astral rift speed

Unbound Intellect (Destiny trait - more common if leader has Hyper-Focused, Reformer, or Military Pioneer)
Councilor: +7.5% research speed, +7.5% resources from jobs, -7.5% ship build cost
