Description
This mod changes skills added by the "Faction Skills" mod that affect enemy leadership in the region around a lord to prevent them from stacking and only allowing them to function in the lord in question in present in a given battle.

Due to the way this is implemented, it does not require the base "Limited Provincial Terror" mod to function
