X - Increasing the Range of the Mech Booster

The mod increases the range of mech booster from DLC "Biotech" from 9.9 to 19.9. There is support for mod "Alpha Mechs", the range of persistent mech booster is increased to 29.9, other mech booster - to 19.9.

I play with "Unlimited Mechanitor Command Range" (this mod removes the stupid, ungrounded convention that mechanoids should be like dogs hanging around their master) and I believe that mechanoids should be able to not only move freely around the map, but also take advantage of the mech booster. The basic range of these devices seemed to me unreasonably small, so I increased it.

The mod can be safely added or removed at any time.
