Description
Tank's cars only incapping survivors regardless of difficulty doesn't make sense on a story or gameplay level:
1) how survivors can eat a 5-tonne car to the face and not be smashed to a pancake
2) the witch claw which insta-incaps on all difficulties instakills on Expert, while the tank's car keeps the damage all the way through, even when the tank's rock&punch already does insta-incap damage on Expert

Since it isn't terribly hard to dodge cars (cite: even human-controled tanks in competitive matches with tier-1 weapons have trouble hitting survivors), I upped the damage so that being hit with a car is in instant kill regardless of health on all gamemodes and difficulties. (Future plans exist for adding a setting to regulate this to the same rules as Witch, i.e. coop Expert and all Realism except Easy)

Recommended to use together with Defib Survivor Ragdolls for the ragdolls flying through the air.

Disabled for bots by default since it's already annoying when they get mass-downed by a car, no need to add insult to injury. Though it *can* be enabled if you want that challenge/realism.
Contains toggleable chat messages in case players don't realize what's going on in the middle a tank fight.

Script Settings: (ems/instakillcar/settings.cfg)
affectBots: does car instakills affect bots, defaults to false
chatFeedback: is feedback shown in chat when a survivor is killed by a car, defaults to true
botPrefix: is [BOT] prepended to a bot's name in the chat feedback, defaults to false

difficultyBased: is the instakill behavior tied to difficulty the same way the witch's instakill is, defaults to false
noDifficultyEnabled: is the instakill behavior enabled for modes without difficulty settings, i.e. versus, defaults to false

Notes:
Based on difficulty means that the cars only instakill on Expert and Realism normal&above, same as the witch's instakill.
if the sole difficulty of the mode is Expert (or is above Normal if based on Realism), the behavior will be enabled even if noDifficultyEnabled is set to false.

Interesting. Yes, his aggro code is much better than any other Witch re-aggro mod I know of. Relentless Witch uses Bile code which spawns hordes, another one sets her on fire and then back to normal, which can bug sometimes where she stays still playing on-fire anim, and the music change for that is noticeable, therefore not really a good choice. Manacat's is seamless, besides the Psychowitch music restarting.

I'll probably have to yoink Manacat's witch aggro code, but yes, doable, may add on some future day.

Pretty cool mod. Makes Tank tougher.
If you like difficulty and take suggestions, what do you think of a mod that instantly startles a Witch if you look in her general direction with your flashlight on?
