CV-Carrier V4

Version four is the largest of the series and has two 24x14 docking bays.

The build is LVL 20, CPU tier 4.

I tested liftoff with 4 CV's, 18 SV's, and 5 HV's docked.
(27 builds docked)

NOTE: The hangars do not have O2.
You can add a ventilator if you wish, but they require a LOT of O2 to fill.
