Overview

This mod adds yet another festive improvement for all civs, Rose Garden. Unlocked at Castles Technology, and provides you with Culture and Amenities.

History

Rose Gardens (rosariums) are specialized flower gardens built mostly for cultivation of roses, of all colors. Ancient rose gardens were in China, Babylon and Egypt, as well as Rome. From 14th century onwards, with the evolution of troubadours and courtly love, roses and rosariums became connected with love and Saint Valentine's day. Nowadays rosariums are often a site for weddings, especially on Valentine's day.

Details

Provides 100% of its tile's Appeal as Culture.
+1 Amenity
One per city, not buildable on Snow and Tundra or any features

Gains additional Amenity with Opera and Ballet.

Compatibility

Compatible with all versions of the game.

I love it, its already kind of balanced, BUT heres a small take on it by me if you want, you can still ignore me ofc :D :P
managed to have 3 cities, each had one and a single vamp castle got all 3 in range =)
you can kindof already guess how broken that vamp castle was ^^
I would honestly tune down culture to like 50% to 60% (not sure here) of Appeal, so it still beats Gov. Liangs Parks at some postions with culture, and it still has the plus side of 1 amenities.
I think an upkeep cost of 2 gold per turn would also be fair for a tile that gives and amenity.
maybe make the cost go up to 3 and 4 gold on Opera and Ballet.
I mean the garndener wants to payed too :D
