why

I just found out, this mod does not work with the falling isaac mod, if you uninstall falling isaac, then this mod works perfectly

Very good mod, I love watching babies turning to ash

I don't know the exact reason why it's not working for some of you. If I had to guess, it might be:

another mod that is not compatible with it

the version you are playing on does not support this mod (I tested it in repentence)

or you're playing on a different system (mac), but that's just my speculation

You can try looking in the tboi/mods/test/resources/gfx/characters/costumes files to see if everything has the correct name: "Death" and "Ghost"

it should work without garry's mod death animation, maybe you have another death animation on while using it?

do you need to be subscribed to the Garry's mod death anim for this to work? by itself it just plays the normal death but with the sound
