  • Gently navigate vessel away from mooring / docks and into open waters

Basic GPS Auto Pilot

This is a basic GPS guided Auto Pilot that controls steering only. Simply set the thrust lever to the desired setting and set the waypoint for the Auto Pilot, then enable the Auto Pilot. This will carry you to your destination and can be overridden at any time by altering course(giving control input) or disabling the system. Once arrived at your waypoint, the vessel will orbit your waypoint until it is changed, or the system is disabled. THIS SYSTEM DOES NOT HAVE ANTI-COLLISION CAPABILITIES, TERRAIN OR VEHICLE.

LRM Local Weather Service

Download the LRM Weather Service Here : https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3159820993

The LWS is a new release for LRM, having only just released with the launch of this vessel. This system takes your local temperature, rainfall amount, fog density, and wind speed then processes them into descriptive data about your environment ( i.e. Rough Seas, Hurricane strength storms, Thunderstorms, ect.).The system is very descriptive about your current weather and sea state, however not all conditions are programmed yet (i.e. Blizzards, Snow, Temperature conditions). If an error occurs, or you find an issue requiring altering, please leave a comment below, or on the Weather Service workshop page listed above.

Fish Gantry Remote Relay

Channel to set Remote Controller: ch. 0
Channel the vessel sends controls to: ch .3077 (fish)

How to Operate :
  • Grab controller, set to ch.0
  • Enable "Fish Gantry Relay" key
  • W/A/S/D - crane arm controls
  • hotkey 1 - Vacuum on/off (yellow light on arm lit when Vacuuming)

THE CONTROLS ARE DELAYED FROM THE REMOTE CONTROL TO THE GANTRY BY APPROX. 5 SECS. This is due to the remote control being limited to a "reset 10%" setting, such as any factory-set seat or helm. This is also because the Gantry Cranes only read a value of 1 or -1 to enable a control function, nothing in between. So the 5 second delay is because the Remote Control is steadily advancing its output value from 0 to (1 or -1) so long as the button is held, and the gantry reading a value of only 1 or -1.

Generator / Pump

The on-board generator / pump is designed to keep the main battery between 88% and 100 % charge. When a low power situation is detected, the generator will kick on until batteries are full again, HOWEVER, the generator will not start when the fuel quantity is below 10 gal / 40 L. This is to prevent draining of batteries when left unattended and out of fuel.
The pump half of the generator is meant for firefighting or general washdown applications. It can be enabled when the generator is on, or in standby mode. This system makes use of a Raw-water (seawater) clutched impeller pump off the generator's driveshaft.

Manual Bilge Pump and Alarm

If water intrusion occurs, a hand-operated Bilge Pump is supplied in the Cabin / Galley area. When the liquid level inside the cabin reaches 100+ L, the red bilge alarm light will begin flashing. This will disable once liquid level falls below 100 L again. The bilgewater is pumped overboard via a starboard mounted fluid nozzle to make bilge water egress more noticeable (sit in port galley seat and operate pump, then go into 3rd person camera to see nozzle spray).

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY REPAIRS, ALL (critical) MICROCONTROLLERS ARE LOCATED ON THE BOW DECK OF THE VESSEL.

PLEASE DO NOT MODIFY / UPLOAD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!

@ Shiva, I appreciate the information! Seeing as this vessel was built for a challenge, part of said challenge rules were that NO MICROCONTROLLERS from the workshop were allowed (all micros had to be self-made). However, I may end up releasing a more refined version of this vessel in the future, and will be sure to integrate that system. Thanks!

This may solve your problem with the gantry delay:
