After many a dropped/stolen pill or pipe bomb, the Survivors now have the sense to put their healing items in their pockets instead of sticking it onto their belts with duct tape.
Or, to put it another way, throwables (pipe bomb, molotov and bile jar) don't show up on survivors' belts.

If neither works, are we allowed to edit this script so it uses a custom icon?

I believe you'll have to sub to this mod before that one otherwise it overrides this mod.
And if this mod overrides that I think the affected HUD (i.e. throwables) will revert to their vanilla HUD.
Though I don't think this will break the game in any subscription order. Worst that can happen that is one doesn't work.

I like this, pretty convenient for custom models/going for a more immersive feel without trying to make sense of floating objects near the belt region. Quick question since i noticed this conflict, it's okay to use still even if it conflicts with a txt file from this icon modpack right?

Ey! Don't forget to add the viewmodel arms for the L4D1 cast lest you end up with invisible arms!
