Kept:
- Jetpack nerfing
- O2/H2 production nerfing (i.e., ice to gas)
- Bottle nerfing

Removed:
- Inability to refine stone
- Other ore production nerfs

- Various Oyxgen Farm changes (improved O2 prod, but increased power requirements and components)
