Colorable Black Mesa HEV Suit

Description
Pretty much a simple colorable Black Mesa HEV Suit playermodel. Also contains ragdoll model for posing purposes or NPC replacements with Model Manipulator.

This is also an improved version of the other addon. Kudos to the user!

@Wyatt The Sans I'll give that a try, just not sure about it's physics, since I tried making one for myself, but as soon as I loaded the model I compiled into gmod, it's physics goes goofy when I throw it, going NYEOW mode. Hopefully it won't do that once I try to make that addon
