Description
Replaces Bill with a custom model that's designed to look like Kevin Ryman from Resident Evil. Includes first person meshes, jiggle bones, and GUI images. Comissioned by Leon the Fox.

probably just the weird angle plus the eye flexes. looks fine in the model viewer and ingame for me

his left eye seems to be looking down while the right eye is normal (this is from the main addon picture, so I may be wrong on it).
