[BNW] Agla's and TranquilSilence's Duchy of Bavaria

Adds the Duchy of Bavaria to the game.

UA: Codex Maximilianeus - City States of your Main Religion follow you into war regardless of Influence Points. Conquering cities of foreign Religions turns them to your religion and yields Gold and Faith.

UU: Gewalthaufen - Replaces the Landsknecht. Can only be bought and is weaker, but reduces the Combat Strength of nearby enemy units and plunders for no movement cost, sometimes whilst moving. Does not need the Social Policy to unlock.

UB: Monastic Brewery - Replaces the Monastery. +1 Food and +2 Faith on Wine and Wheat. Gain Golden Age Points for Faith purchases. Does not need the Religious Belief and can be build as a regular building.
