Report a translation problem
Thats strange... I tested it on another computer and it works for me... Does it show up in your steam workshop mod folder? I know its not clean, but If it shows up there then you can manually take the skin and put it into the shield breaker folder.
Another thing Is that I put the skin in slot shieldbreaker_X and shieldbreaker_Y, If you had a a mod that used those slots then it might not work.
The final Thing I can think of is to simply re-download it.
