OPA 'Parakeet' class patrol ship [SDX]

Description
OPA scout/ gunship designed for the Sigma Draconis Expanse server.

From the engineers at Ma'iingan Shipyards, I present the Parakeet. The Parakeet was originally based on a very old Earth design (The UFN Madison, https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2875521091&searchtext=madison) completely rebuilt and designed over the years since to meet the needs of the OPA as a patrol vessel.
