Description
This mod is a fork of Wholesome Lilith by ShortcakeStar.
This fork removes the tutorial image and title screen character images, so this mod won’t override other mods such as cry or Mike's Character Portraits [Colored]. (I’m definitely not promoting two of my fav mods hehe)

love this mod, for some reason always had the idea of tainted Lilith being a mom to the thingie despite it probably not being a normal fetus

Personally I hate tainted blue baby. I like dingle and shooting poops for coins as much as the next guy but I just reroll until I get ipecac or dr fetus, he sucks.
