Normally they work for 60 seconds and enjoy 120 seconds of free time. If they spend 10 seconds commuting they get 5 extra seconds of work (to maintain work to a third) for a staffing efficiency of 65/70 = 92.857%, if they spend 360 seconds commuting they get an extra 180 seconds of work for a staffing efficiency of 240/600 = 40%
Is this correct?

(if this is correct, I feel like it'd make for a lovely chart you could put in here for other people like me!)
Also if I, theoretically, made people just hop on and off bus stations all the way through the map for an absurd amount of time, but making it so nearly all their time is spent walking, does that mean their worktime wouldn't be extended all that much, their needs would not increase all that much, they would take no happiness/loyalty penalty, and that overall I just found a way to sorta freeze their needs while they walk themselves an absurd distance?

Just to confirm, is a "normal" workday exactly 8 citizen hours ie 720 real life seconds?
