The MAV-23M Rhino Mesa is an Off-Road Patrol and Interdiction Vehicle from Jolter Defense Industries. The Mesa finds its home in the vast barren lands of the Meier Salt Flats, as well as the rough and hilly terrain of the Meier Isles. It features a rearward-facing Light Machine Gun--the "Bushwacker"--for protection duties.

The MAV-23M Rhino Series IV Mesa features the Jolter Defense Industries Adaptable Lightbar Controller, which allows for many customization options of the vehicle's emergency lighting system. For more information, visit the controller's workshop page.


Some time after the Series III Mesa was released to the public, the UCERD detatched several units of the Civil Defense Regiment to form a new Ranger Regiment under the Counter-Threat Corps. The Ranger Regiment is responsible for handling higher-risk and higher-complexity missions, including hostage situations, active-shooter incidents, and tactical engagements. Because the Mesa was originally designed as an off-road interdiction vehicle, its Regiment of Service changed to the Ranger Regiment, too.

The Series IV Rhino Mesa is a direct replacement to the existing Series III Mesas, featuring a reinforced frame and chassis that significantly boosts the Mesa's off-roading capabilities and survivability.
