X - Patch Muzzle Flash for VWE Makeshift

The mod adds muzzle flashes from the Muzzle Flash mod for weapons from the Vanilla Weapons Expanded - Makeshift mod.

Muzzle Flash has built-in support for many of the mods in the Vanilla Expanded series, but still not for all of them. The mod hasn't been updated for quite a while, so I decided to write the patches I needed myself.
