(Hiiii since I'm currently busy with another thing I won't be actively testing if the mod still works with the latest patch, so feel free to tell me if you encounter issues that need fixing!)

The noise tracker is the one used when creatures hear sounds (but not that many creatures can hear, so it's not always used); it tries to associate sounds with their theorized sources, which are the ones tracked by the standard tracker, so that's why it's visualized at the same time. Sounds are visualized as circles, and those are red when the source is unknown and needs to be investigated, yellow otherwise (and connected to the corresponding tracker square if the source is believed to be known).

The standard tracker keeps track of where other known creatures are - including when they aren't currently being seen, by simulating all their possible positions. The direct line connecting the tracking creature to a square shows the known/most likely position of a tracked creature, then other guesses are visualized as secondary squares connected to the first one (needless to say, if there are too many creatures or guesses it can easily become just a confusing bunch of lines, haha).
