Improved Samurai

Description
Adds more varuiety to the Samurai class, such as self-buffs and higher Spirit.

The overall goal of this mod is to give Samurai abilities that are useful even if Jikiden is used as a Sub-Command, and to improve its overall power and utility without making it too strong. In testing, I found that this was mostly accomplished.

The changes made, in more detail:
1. The class now has higher Spirit in exchange for two stats it did not normally use. This improves its flexibility with subclasses.
2. The class can now use Swords as well as Katanas for its abilities. Again, this is a significant improvement to flexibility, allowing it to work with classes like Valkyrie.
3. Ken: Asura inflicts Burn for 2 turns. This gives another source of the rarest damage over time type, and it is probably one of the most useful abilities for a part-time Samurai. It really is the efficient Ken skill now.
4. Fierce Wind applies no threat and grants Haste to the Samurai for 3 turns. This and Fierce Ember provide self-buffs and aggro management that make the skills more useful, if still pricy, to characters in other classes, but a primary class Samurai also appreciates the ability to go faster and hit harder.
5. Fierce Ember applies double threat and grants Power Up to the Samurai for 3 turns. This makes its use on its own slightly risky, but aggro is net neutral alongside Fierce Ember. On the other hand, Power Up is an obviously desirable buff and this makes a Samurai tank, primary or subclass, more viable.
6. Blade Song applies Evade Up to the Samurai for 3 turns.
7. Ken: Heavenslash ignores 50% Defence. This improves its damage in almost all cases and is great for cracking tough nuts. Together with Omnislice, it is meant to be the staple of a primary class Samurai.
8. Ken: Omnislice deals bonus damage for each buff on the user, and does 50% more damage on a critical hit. This gives the Samurai synergy with their own skills, with buff-slinging teammates, and with mechanics that interact with critical hits. In testing, Omnislice might be a bit on the strong side now, used correctly, but given the investment required to reach 60 AP, this is probably fair.

Thanks for reading, and if you try out the mod I hope you enjoy it!
