Description
Build outdoor Latrine right from the start and research indoor WC when construction is available.

In this initial release the survivors will just use those from time to time, there's no penalty if none available.

Water mod required!

this mod causes a looping bug disabling it fixes the loop issue

the most common loop happens in these cases in my game:

1) 100% toilet need when he's going to eat. the loop is: sit to eat, stand to go toilet and walk some steps, go back to sit to eat, and repeat until he's fall on the floor exaust.

2) same as before but instead of "sit to eat" the main task is "go to workbench to craft"

I tried to use it again, the loop problem still happens, a little less but it still happens. The real big problem is that the need for the toilet grows too quickly, it reaches 100% almost 4/5 times in a single game day, it's too fast. This causes many various problems with interruptions to other tasks, especially for those who are far away from the base.

Again, i suggest (if possible) to add a slider in the mod settings to reduce the need growing speed

Added a fix for situation when survivors are undecided quickly switching between washing/toilet and eating or others without completing any

Is possible to set a mod option with sliders for toilet/hygiene need increase/decrease speed?
I think a little balance of how many time they need to pee and wash could be a possible workaround too

When I played and encountered this I think I was able to get them out of it by manually send them to do either.
If you noticed yesterday's changelog they mention fixing something similar: "Fixed a rare case in which survivors could sometimes become stuck in loops between eating and awaiting treatment."
This is kind of the same things and may have happened in vanilla too. Hopefully I can see how they did it and fix this soon now. The thing is that by adding new activities/needs that have a "desperate situation" the chance of running into such issues present in vanilla simply increased.

The problem is that when the "desperate situation" happens you can't do anything to solve it cause the loop action-infinite-interruption. The only way is to disable the mod, solve the needs then reactivate the mod. Also you have to constantly check that everything is working. It's annoying. I will check in future if this mod get functional.

I think this behavior indeed may happen when they get desperate on both food and toilet need at the same time and I wasn't able to solve it yet. As far as I played with it myself it doesn't happen if they can satisfy those needs when the threshold is reached but not hitting the bottom...

Toilet mod causes a lot of harmful problems. They need to go often and interrupting what they currently do. It always causes an interrupt eat, start moving to toilet, cancel toilet, starting to eat again loop. It not only trappes people in this loop. Every eat interrupt wastes a meal and make them take a new one again. a single person is able to waste over 200 meals a day, starving the whole colony with that behaviour.
