将出生数从原来的每胎30%一个、40%两个、10%三个、20%四个
调整为10%一个、80%两个、10%三个，由于本mod字段非常简单，大家可以打开genderFixes.xml直接修改成你想要的数值。

Modify the number of births from one（30%）,two（40%）,three（10%）,four（20%）to one（10%）,two（80%）,three(10%).
Due to the simplicity of this mod field, you can open genderFixes.xml and directly modify it to the value you want.
