进入游戏右下角有个手术的图标，默认启用，启用时手术永远成功，禁用时使用原版代码
There's a toggle surgery icon at the bottom right after entering the game. It is enabled by default, meaning surgery never fail. You can disable it to use the vanilla behaviours.
