If I had any money I would pay for this creator to update this mod.

hello, if anyone wonders why the portraits are not appearing it is because stellaris has changed how they work in the game, so this mod and all the ones that add portraits need to be updated.

* Shogunate: I was going to say something like Nippaian (Nippaians), Eirian (Eirians) or simply Shogunata instead of Shogunate, but it might be better to just use scifi species name that the Japanese themselves have used for their own Japanese-inspired galactic civilizations: Kaguyan (Kaguyans), Coralian (Coralians), Yato, Zentraedi, Fleedian (Fleedians), Mu, Juraian (Juraians), etc.
* Starry: Siderean (Sidereans), Stelliger (Stelligers), Stellan (Stellans), Abyssan (Abyssans).
* Steampunk: Vaporotan (Vaporotans), Rotan (Rotans), Apparata, Horologian (Horologians), Vapormach (Vapormachs).
* Halloween: Samhain (Samhains), Harrowed (Harroweds), Cucurbitan (Cucurbitans).

Also, as some have suggested before, another crucial aspect to immersion is that the names in English start with a capital letter (so it should be Aberrant and never ABERRANT or aberrant).

* Ottoman: Osman (Osmans), Osmaniye (Osmaniyes), Uthman (Uthmans), Devlet (Devleti), Rumi.
* Pirate: Corsarian (Corsarians), Maraudian (Maraudians), Marilatro (Marilatros), Variabarban (Variabarbans), Ossaetossan (Ossaetossans).
* Prehistoric: Primian (Primians), Ossatum, Mitramacus, Fossean (Fosseans).
* Rainforest: Selvian (Selvians), Verdan (Verdans), Silvoid (Silvoids), Sach'ara (Sach'aran).
* Romanov: Kosmosi, Lyudian (Lyudians), Chelovek, Borealer (Borealers).
* Shan Hai: This is one of the cases where I actually think Shan Hai as a species name can work, mostly because most English-speakers are not familiar with the Shan Hai Scrolls so it sounds like a super exotic and somewhat sci-fi name to them. But I'm sure that if you wanted to change it to a sci-fi sounding species name you would know more than me so I won't suggest anything.

* Cowboy: Gauchifer (Gauchifers), Vaqueri, Sicarian (Sicarians), Llaneru, Mayahuel (Mayahueli).
* Dark Ages: Penumbran (Penumbrans), Tenebratum, Corvusean (Corvuseans), Blaspheum.
* Desert: Ptahn (Ptahns), Misrian (Misrians), Dunatum, Pharan (Pharans), Sabulon (Sabulons).
* Electro photoorganism: I think Electro-optic (Electro-optics) is ok, though something like Electroling (Electrolings) or Electran (Electrans) could work too.
* Flame: I think any of the suggestions given by the commenters works here: Pyrid (Pyrids), Volcanoid (Volcanoids), Infernoid (Infernoids). But if you don't like those here's some more: Flammifer (Flammifers), Ardeatum, Ignian (Ignians), Flagron (Flagrons), Fulgosu.
* Hearts of Iron: Militian (Militians), Bellicoid (Bellicoids), Proelican (Proelicans), Bellumach (Bellumachs).
* Music: Sonatum, Sonoid (Sonoids), Concordian (Concordians), Repercuss, Vibrati (Vibratii).
* Nocturnal: Noxata, Nocturnian (Nocturnians), Umbran (Umbrans).
