Description
KBV 317 [ATOM] is a small compact Search And Rescue boat, or "SAR" for short. The boat is built to take on strong winds and high waves, and is set for main land use, it features two autopilot systems, one for direct waypoint imput and the other for a path drawn by a set of waypoints.

The boat has 6 seats total and two medical beds, this along with welders, medical equipment, and any other equipment that you could need during a mission! As for navigation the boat has a transponder locator, radar, radio, spotlights, nav lights, fog horn, emergency lights, siren and flares.

I'm sure someone will comment on its speed when compared to others on the workshop, but, this ship / boat most resembles the 301 series of the Swedish Coastguard, which had a normal operating speed of 16 knots, making this 18 knot vehicle a speedster!

@Hollywood, Forgot to add that at first. A pump has been added, you can find it in the engine room.

@Kahrstrom You make a good point, I am aware of the three larger ships (I built a ship based on them) but I never really knew about the 3XX format thank you for informing me.

Nice looking boat! A tiny thing if you care regarding the name of the vessel - KBV 003 already exists in real life, it is one of the three largest vessels. The "yachts" or patrol vessels operated by the Swedish Coastguard usually follow the 3XX format. There's the 301-series, which came in the 90's, the 312-series, which is a pretty modern boat and an upcoming model which will be called the 320-series. A general rule of thumb is the larger the number, the smaller the vessel, so anything starting with a 0 is gonna be some kind of MPV or oil clean-up vessel.
