This is an unofficial "remake" of the mod HOI4 Historical Flag Mod. Credits to Blackfalcon501 who put many flags originally.
Personally, while some flags from here I liked, some others didn't have the same effect; so I decided to bring this.
Specially, communist flags were changed.
