x4 Vanilla Thrusters (Flat Thrust) (and DLC)

This changes all vanilla Thrust values by 4x the normal amount.

This includes the flat atmo thrusters.

This includes the Industrial Thrusters and the Sci-fi Thrusters (and whatever other thrusters that dlc pack adds).



I am pretty sure it is safe for me to not include the dlc requirements,
since this doesn't unlock them for non dlc people.


Let me know if I missed any dlc thrusters.
