Description
G'day all! A few months ago while watching BonBonB's map making live streams, I was inspired to make this map. It's been sitting there done for a little while now and figured with it being a new year, a new map upload was called for.
Huge thank you to BonBonB for all the hard work on all of his Cities Skylines series! Dare i say that the What Map series has influenced the quality of maps released from the CS community in an absolutely positive way!

This Map is a flat, buildable coastal map with good resources. I was going for a simple and clean design, tried a couple of new things such as the underwater, paper map water outline of the coast & a clean no blend, smooth edge to the bush. The map shape is based off of a real world location, Woy Woy, New South Wales, Australia although the map itself is entirely fictional.

Merry Christmas! Happy New Year!

Kind words from Snoozby. So here's some kind words right back.

From the start your maps were always good solid, playable creations. From the off I would have had you as a solid upper-C tier map maker, very quickly jumping to the B tier. Then with time to finesse your work you elevated your standards further still, and today can rightly claim to be in the A tier. Well played.

Bonny Coast.... the name reminds me of something, can't think what. Images look great. Quality work, as expected!

Looks like the Woy Woy area. Great long winding roads to get basically not far as the crow flies. May be quicker swimming. Couldn't see if you've got any railroads popping out of cliffs straight onto a bridge over the water, but if not I'm deffo going to make one.

First job when it's loaded will be deciding where to plonk Umina.

But before that I'm going to have to search the workshop for pelicans. And ducks. Lots of ducks.
