Tiered Production - Heavy Industry DLC

This is the Heavy Industries DLC Version of Tiered Production.

(My Non DLC version: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2567252286 though that one also has O2 Gens in it, I didn't put O2 in here cuz there is no DLC version, other than that they are the "same")
(This is a very obvious sign that I just bought this dlc lol)

This adds Tiered versions of the Heavy industry Assembler and Refinery.


Using SE's lag reduction things in the .sbc to attempt to reduce lag caused by higher tiers in this mod.

(<TieredUpdateTimes> if you want to know the tag, it helps a lot with performance and reducing frequent lag spikes in inventories.)
This makes them dump comps/ingots out at a reduced frequency (but the same amount as before), so it reduces the lag spikes that happen normally.

Cost/Speed/PowerReq/Storage X comparable to vanilla for all:

Tier 2: X4
Tier 3: X12
Tier 4: X32
Tier 5: X64

(Note: build time and weight are also multiplied, and some later tiers require platinum to make)

Only one that isn't "perfectly" multiplied in resource cost was the refinery, due to a max limit on components, so I added more super conductors to try and fix it)


Added a Bulk Crafting tab to the Assemblers since clicking 1000 times even with shift+crtl is too much, also reduces lag even more, since now 1000 components will only count as 1 calculation compared to the vanilla way.
