Proelium introduces never-before-seen features designed to enjoy the potential of Arma 3. Dynamic assignments at the heart of an enhanced game play. Achieve campaign objectives and fight against all odds by challenging yourself, friends and foes alike!


CONTENT

Challenges, scores, statistics and achievements for a new experience in Arma 3.

All elements of Proelium were created from scratch to get the best out of it. In addition to this, several vanilla features have also been reworked. While some of the contents are listed below, please refer to the game diary for more details:

  • 1-4 Players
    Mode difficulty that increases or decreases based on the number of players.

  • Rating System
    System that filters player conduct by penalizing or rewarding as appropriate.

  • Performance Stats
    Real-time persistent saving system and campaign performance visualization.

  • Game Achievements
    More than 20 achievements, such as heroic deed, or kills and win streak etc.

  • Game Challenges
    Short challenges against the AI by betting clippings of your score against it.

  • Resumable Results
    Any result series, even if left unfinished, can be resumed with the next login.

  • Civilian Interactions
    Interactions with civilians such as talk, check, detain, give item and release.

  • Combat Lifesaver
    Medic working autonomously, caring for casualties of your and other teams.

  • Medical System
    Detailed medical mode designated for the scenario for AI and injured players.

  • New Recruitment
    Brand new recruitment system designed for both solo and co-op gameplay.

  • New Supports
    Key Supports such as Medevac, Reconnaissance, Transportation and others.

  • Persistent Loadout
    Loadout via the Virtual Arsenal also persistent in any server you want to play.

  • Wanted Capture
    Persistent system for search and capture of those wanted by the authorities.

  • Hunted Down
    Aggressive and lethal enemy, able to hunt you down for kilometers nonstop.

  • Enemy Surrender
    Enemy who surrenders when out of ammo, one of the few alive or doomed.

  • Suicide Attacks
    Incredibly troublesome armed civilians who can mix up with innocent people.

  • Enemy Ambushes
    Sudden enemy attacks of varying degrees during the execution of your tasks.

  • Scattered IEDs
    Buried IEDs capable of inflicting heavy losses on unwary patrols and convoys.

  • Minimal Impact
    Scheme that runs a handful of scripts at a time to impact as little as possible.

  • No Dependency
    Mode that adopts most of the official content without forcing you to own it.

  • 1 Megabyte
    No extra content in your folder except for about 1 megabyte of botched files.

  • Ambient Effects
    Voices, effects, music, images, subtitles initialized from the Arma 3 directory.

  • Multi Language
    Multilingual structure partially localized in all conventional Arma 3 languages.

  • More Surprises
    Many features not mentioned on this page all to be discovered little by little.


COMP

To date this scenario is not implemented for dedicated, nor to be JIP compatible.

Please note that Proelium uses its own weather, body hit detection, civilian behavior, etc., implemented exclusively for vanilla. Plan is to release our content as we go, with work on mods further down the line. Below we will note what we have made compatible for now:

Hey JiTacks. Have you tried hosting without any mod/one mod at a time to understand the cause? Could you also provide me the text of the warning? I could also suggest you to verify the game files, this scenario relies on vanilla elements that could sometimes give errors. Let us know.

Hi, I'm trying to host a server using this mod. Whenever I chose this map in the host server menu, the game throws an error saying "Cannot load texture: (Path to mod)". Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Scarecrow. Although it sounds like a good suggestion, there are no plans for that. Some of our plans for the coming months have been unveiled on Discord. We intend to release fixes, improvements and rebalances in the coming weeks, 0.5 brought a few changes but, like all substantial updates, also some flaws. In general we always plan to introduce things never seen so far on Arma, so stay tuned.
