Description


What does this mod do ?
The goal of this mod is to make the two mods Cordyceps Spore Zones from Braven and Susceptible from Spyjack work together. It is partially inspired by TLOU Enhanced Experience from Monkey which is broken at the time of writing this.

You are in a spore zone without any protection ! You will get infected if you don't get out now !

The time for infection depends on the settings of the original Spore Zone mod and can be changed in the sandbox options. You will also become sick when in the spore zone without a protection, it's a neat indicator that you can also use.
This means you are not in a spore zone and don't have a gasmask or hazmat equiped. Make sure you equip one of those before going in a spore zone !

You can find a gasmask or hazmat to protect yourself on various zombies or you can loot it in some places. But don't forget the filter or oxygen tank or it won't work !
You have a gasmask or hazmat equiped, you are protected. Check your filter or oxygen tank durability with a neat UI.

The durability of the protection is only drained in spore zones so you can stay cool and styled with your gasmask even outside without draining your protection's durability.
The UI is in your way ? Move it !

You can put it anywhere you want, but probably better if it's not in the middle of your screen.
Your filter or oxygen tank is nearly fully drained ! Quickly change it !

If it hits zero, you become susceptible to the spores again and need to exit the building quickly.

Hey, this mod is compatible with the mods you mentioned

To destroy a spore zone, you have to find a crack in the floor of the building and right click on it, then you should have an option to destroy the spore zone. This won't destroy the building it's in

im new to this mod and cordyceps spore zones and i wanted to ask IF Removing the Spore zones destryed any Prebuilding?I read on the Original mod author that i have to use a moli,bombs or something else to remove it but isnt that going destroy the prebuildings?Or does that just Remove the Spore zone as i normally Built my Bases on Prebuild Structures Often and Also,Does They Knew,Vaccines 2.0 Compatible?

I have a question:
If a player is inside the spore zone, does the hive mind attract zombies to the player's position?

The original mod spawns spore zones in some buildings depending on the chance you attribute for spawn chance in the sandbox options. If you go in those spore zones without proper protection you will get sick and infected depending on the infection time you set in the sandbox options

My mod, this overhaul mod, improves the features of the original mod with stronger check for gasmasks and hazmats based on Susceptible's item list.
What it also adds is a durability system to gasmasks and hazmats in the form of recharges you have to put in your protection (filters and oxygen tanks) by utilizing Susceptible once again
One of the required mods is Susceptible Overhaul and it will also improve interactions the player has with gasmasks, hazmats, bandanas and any form of masks. Like breathing through a mask can exhaust you faster for example and trying to eat or drink will make your character remove its mask first
