Overview
go to your game folder -steamapps/common/Remember Me/Binaries/Win 32 copy the file PhysXCore.dll 
open in C:\ Program Files (x86), Nvidia Corporation/PhysX/Engine/ 
close the files and start playing

go to your game folder -steamapps/common/Remember Me/Binaries/Win 32 copy the file PhysXCore.dll

copy that file in the following folder--->
open in C:\ Program Files (x86), Nvidia Corporation/PhysX/Engine/

open the folder DB8A731FDBD5, and place the copied PhysXCore.dll here,

replace the file in the folder already with the file copied from the Remember Me, game file,

as mentioned in previous section
close the files and start playing
this is obviously due to outdated PhysX drivers, incompatibilities. SOLVED.

I wish to mention here this solution I noticed in SEARCH on Steam discussions,

& wishing to KEEP it for myself created this guide.
