Make shroud age from shroud lobby stackable (as in, multiple successful "increase lifespan" draw from shroud lobby will increase lifespan for more than 40 years)

Got too many increase lifespan modifier from shroud lobby that are simply wasted? worry no more! this mod allows your leaders' lifespan to be repeatedly increased by shroud lobby.

Compatibility:
1. existing save OK
2. achievement NOT ok
3. other mods OK if they don't expect leaders to have shroud age trait.

Overwrites:
None


Note:
Right after shroud lobby, you might see two shroud aged leader trait for no more than 1 year. at year start, the leader lifespan might be 40 years more than real for a few days. this is to ensure maximum compatiblity and you don't get negative events during that short few days.
