I just updated the mod for 3.12.5 (one small change to one of the unique systems)

@erniftw it's working for me. ~15 uninhabited planets in a 1000 star galaxy
Make sure you have an up-to-date version of this mod by unsubscribing and resubscribing
Make sure you have Guaranteed Habitable Planets off if you don't want an extra 1-2 planets per empire
If you're using Real Space, make sure you subscribe to the patch linked in this mod's description

playing on 3.12.1 and the mod doesn't seem to work. I'm using small map and like 40+ habitable planets still spawn.

But what about digs? Is they also gone if relic isnt spawn?

It reduces the spawn chance of special/unique systems that contain guaranteed habitables (such as the 2 you mentioned) by 90%
How this affect system with dig-site's or relics, like cleptomanic rats or with omnicodex?
