Watcher nerf and scry buff mod.

changed Eruption's upgraded spec(2cost 12damage), added Rushdown's draw condition to when scry, nerfed its draw by 1, nerfed MentalFortress' defense by 1(2), and added exhaust & little value buff in Just Lucky.


The intent is simple; we can use scry kewords more plentiful, and the easy cycle deck making is blocked because the scry cards have no stance change, so if we need draw and energy continuously, we use calm stance card, escape stance card, scry card to draw, and the cost problem..
... well, we need a defense plan to maintain battle!

But yet the powerful early game, I nerfed Eruption's cost so it might be harder than before, and MindFortress card is powerful enough to no use of other def cards, so It should be nerfed.. 'a little bit'.
and the Just Lucky.. that card is zero cost and when it combines with rushdown, it would be worse.. so added exhaust and a little dmg/upgrade def buff.
