Dead Bridge Redux

Description
Scene opens: a struggling ship lays stranded, drifting and seemingly is overtaken by the infection menace. Zeds have escaped confinement and are running wild on the ship and they appear to be scaling the bridge structure. On a long suspension bridge above a small group of pure bloods have constructed a hasty base made of what was available. The bridge has become blocked and over run by murderous enraged zeds. From over the mountains and the horizon a strike fighter begins inbound run to deliver the first blow to begin the eradication and destruction of the infected and deadly fiends below in the water and possibly climbing the bridge structure. In the near distance enters a second ferry to check for survivors and assess the damage and estimate the situation. Horzine elements are thought to be in the area, it is not known what their activities entail. The destruction mission to engage the floundering ship and kill as many zeds as possible has been launched. At the direction of the Commander the bridge shall be engaged to support the local resistance.

Dead Bridge Redux: A re-release, review, revision and update of my original map which debuted not long after the games initial release and during the era of Bunny Hop. This may be the largest and widest map of the game as it has to convey the immersion of immensity of a Nordic Fjord. There are a few things going on in the map which may not be fully evident the first couple plays of the map. Do take note of the zeds on the ship deck below at the start they won't last long. Originally we were on the Norwegian border but we have moved to pay some honor and tribute to Sean Sindahl a KF2 and YouTube content provider as he is from and in Denmark. So now we are defending the Swedish and Danish border as the “Menace” has Sean bunker-ed and trapped in his home with no beer.... and no Stegt flæsk med persillesauce or Dansk Hakkebøf med Bløde Løg or Karbonader med Stuvede Grønærter or fermented herring..things are looking rough on the Dead Bridge.

Thank you to LeiuRus who authored a KF1 map called “Dead Bridge” and was the inspiration for this a KF2 re-imagining and this original work.

The map seems to be missing from this upload, all I got in my workshop folder was the Config folder for the map.
