Auto-resolve restriction (限制旗鼓相当的自动战斗）

We are the Emperor's chosen, Fight more battles for the Emperor !

This auto resolve restriction mod borrows ideas from
- Marthenil's restricted auto resolve (https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2791466903)
- Jadawin's Limited autoresolve ( https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2854146839&searchtext=autoresolve)

Features
- disable auto-resolve if player strength is between [40 - 80]
- when player's strength is outside the range, use a random probability to decide if disabling auto-resolve ( default value is 30%. which means even 30% of battle still no auto-resolve )
- everything is configurable by MCT
