Original Addon

I asked him four and a half years ago if he can animate this. He said he's not an animator. I ended up learning how to animate simple stuff, so I decided to do it myself. I asked if I can upload this, but I got no response, so maybe he's not around.

List of changes:

Exit doors are ANIMATED
Unlock sequence added to door variant -1.
Some door hinges were moved around so that they're actually on the hinge. It kind of looks terrible, but it's there.
Static door models were compiled so that upon map transition, the doors wouldn't turn into vanilla doors.
Materials were edited because the values seemed asinine.
Removed the door opening sound since it's shared by other doors, and the bar removal sound has extra bit of silence added since it seemed to have those screechy audio error despite the fact that it is in correct length.

xdR mod for disabling reach-through animation recommended to prevent zombies doors sticking through the metal door.

P.S. Now that I've played a campaign, I see that some doors have a bit of gap between the frame and the door, but I'm honestly tired of this mod at this point, so I might fix it later.
P.P.S. Gaps should now be fixed.
