Para Bellum submod - Armies cap removal

This submod is designed to work with the Para Bellum Collectiont OR Para Bellum Campaign, depending on your choice. It removes the limit on armies and fleets, so the only limit is the economy. Also add a little more budget and other minor fixes to avoid the problems that may arise from this approach, such as preventing too many small armies around.

It is also compatible with the Civilian garrisons submod, this way, you can garrison the settlements with better troops directly from the armies, and achieve a gameplay more similar to the original Rome Total War.

Installation instructions:

1. Subscribe and place the Para Bellum submods above the main Para Bellum mods in the Mod Manager.

2. Enjoy!
