[FIXED] Urban Sniper: NPC Variants

Finally fixed the NPCs showing up as errors/

NPC Variants of the Urban Sniper, originally created by this guy.
The original addon can be found here.

It adds two new NPCs; one that acts like a Combine soldier and another that acts like a rebel.
It'll also randomize the skin and certain bodygroups when you spawn it.
For roleplay servers there's also two new sets of models, one with Combine animations and one with rebel animations. The Combine models now include male gestures.

The NPCs can be found in NPC/Urban Sniper.

I ask that you consult me before re-uploading this addon into your content pack.
While the original addon isn't my work, it certainly took a while to recompile each model with its own animations, as well as adding the scripts for NPC spawning. Thanks.
