Description


A modified version of George Seinfeld's original cloud mod made to be better suited for tournaments and overall balanced.
He has been nerfed significantly from his original design.

Bring up the magic menu by taunting.

Suggestions for balance patches are always open, message us on our discord at Ashkid848 or eclipsebaired if you have any.

VVV Not saying we couldnt do it, But we dont have much experience making a character from scratch, let alone making the pixel art, we'd be happy to get comissioned to make the character if you gave us sprites or something.

@collinsanqwan6 we balance pre-made characters (with the authors' permission), we don't have enough exp making someone from scratch.

@IS4 : So, we've figured out the issue and unfortunately we cant fix this or read it back to the mod without creating another bug that can cause players to fly around the screen when casting limit. Limit confirms seem to have to rely on bad positioning for the opponent, For example nair -> Cross slash is quite good and impossible to avoid.

This cloud is almost perfect, the only thing it lacks is that the below + b do not stop time and let you dodge and there it would be perfect
