Volatile Concoction

Description
This small mod vignette adds a passive to the warpfire throwers to explode on entity death dealing blast damage to enemies in melee ranged. Volatile Concoction is a Skaven Warpfire Thrower passive ability.

Also added an active named Count to Thirteen which self destructs your warpfire throwers all at once. The active requires a count to 13 to honor the Great Horned Rat and to get in position.

Minor: Also updated the melee weapons of Warpfire Throwers and Poison Wind Mortars to skaven swords like other weapons teams.

Finally, I increased the price of the warpfire throwers by 100g to 650g, because they have more value with Volatile Concoctions making them something of a hybrid unit if unorthodox.

This is cool but I would note that Warpfire Throwers aren't the only Skyre creation known for being at risk of exploding. The only two relatively safe ones are Warpgrinders and Warplock Jezzails. I propose that this could be expanded to Ratling Guns, Poisoned Wind Mortars, Doomflayers, Lightning Cannons and Doomwheels (last three get a stronger explosion on account of less entities). I also wouldn't increase the cost from the change since Volatile Concoction will mostly work against the unit and most players would rather use up their ammo than blow up their unit. Maybe Count to Thirteen could be given a restriction that prevents it from being used when ammo is out?
