Description
Temperate | 1:1 Scale | Mods Required

A 1:1 scale map of Cape Ann in Massachusetts, USA.

Cape Ann is a rocky peninsula in northeastern Massachusetts on the Atlantic Ocean. It is about 30 miles (48 km) northeast of Boston and marks the northern limit of Massachusetts Bay. Cape Ann includes the city of Gloucester and the towns of Essex, Manchester-by-the-Sea and Rockport. At the end of Cape Ann, and splitting Gloucester into two parts, is the Annisquam River. Many locals who live in Gloucester and Rockport refer to the land east of the Annisquam as "The Island". The focus of this map is on the Annisquam River and "The Island" to the east.

Instructions
  1. Subscribe to all assets and mods within linked One-Click Collection.
  2. Start Cities Skylines, enter Content Manager to activate any new mods. Ensure your 'Tree Control' settings enable at least 560,000 trees on load otherwise your map will be broken.
  3. Map is now ready for playing.
  4. Use Play It! to boost FPS by reducing game speed to circa 35%

Best map I have seen. Do wish it was Salem though so there would be a bit more land to build on.

Have to say this is the best map I've ever seen. Full stop. I actually just like building rail and detailing the routes, but this map is so incredibly detailed I hardly have any work to do! Seriously impressive and a pleasure to play on. Just gorgeous.

Quick question. Can you kindly provide the breakdown of the themes you've used to create the map theme? I ask because I'd like to add these manually to the game in theme mixer 2; the theme mix you've created disappears for me when I lay down a track and there's no way to get it back (except a full reboot of the game itself). I'm hoping adding them manually solves the problem.

Awesome map! I haven't had any issues loading it, and have been working on it for about a week now. I really appreciate the level of detail throughout the map, and the inclusion specifically of western ave (has helped a lot in just making things look more accurate). If someone has found a building that resembles the Beauport it would be much appreciated

@uncle ron I'm having the same issue as suitableblox. I tried everything, luckily your able to use editor mode, but your able to load the game
