Mod already has Bigger UI as a dependency so it should work already when enabled

Hey are you able to make compatibility patches with related mods, such as Naval Professionalism, More Naval Doctrines? And, if I'm not mistaken, Professional Armies.

I have the same issue with GUI as Vince and Reanon. All DLC are included. So have to turn off this bugged mod
