Replaces: M16 Rifle
SOUNDS NOT INCLUDED -- I RECOMMEND USING THIS ADDON FOR SOUNDS!

The following mod replaces the default M16 Rifle with a port of the Left 4 Dead 1 animations by yours truly, but with a twist.

Rather simple mod, I'm on a journey to update all my previous L4D1 ports to clean up various inconsistencies with them and the M16 is one such weapon I've been meaning to re-do for a very long time, finally did it so here it is.

This includes a silencer and it also includes the unused "empty" reload which can play randomly between it and the default reload. Note that when playing online ONLY the empty reload will play, it's when you're the host or when you join someone else's game and the host has this mod installed that you'll alternate between both reloads, this is just how Left 4 Dead handles these.

Compatible with retextures and sound mods, also compatible with TLS retextures. Not compatible with any mod that changes the M16 in any other way.

If you wish to take any assets from this mod feel free to do so, you do not need to ask for permission, just please give me credit for it. This being said please don't make commissions out of this either, thank you. (If you do borrow content from this add-on I recommend you check this page every now and again, sometimes I come back and push an update if something bugs me post-release).

A simple nice alt version of the M16. I also am happy to hear you are possibly gonna touch up on your older works so I'm glad to hear it! If I may for a bit of an odd request or possibility:

Considering there's like only really one current good counter strike styled model replacement for the desert rifle (Tyler Strike I believe is the only one to of tried it), have you considered doing one yourself? The only weapon I could think of that would fit as a replacement for the desert rifle (along with cs:s style animations) is the Famas F1.
