Better Mulchtubes

Description
Let's face it. Mulchtubes are pretty terrible at their job. They change soil conditions extremely slowly, much slower than Giant's Grass, and their sweet syrup production isn't worth it.

This mod aims to correct that. Now, mulchtubes will have a 10% effect soil conditions instead of just 3%. Additionally, they can now also transform gravel into sand, and dead soil into gravel.

Note that my More Challenging/Realistic Farming Mod includes a variation of this. Only use one or the other as they will conflict.

Perhaps unsubscribe and resubscribe? I recently tested it and it is indeed changing the soil condition as expected, about three times faster from vanilla.

@mantastic the mod changes nothing. wild or farm are the same vanillas. mod is active but ingame no changes.

Adjusted the soil change effect from 20% to 10%.

It was working just a little too well skipping soil levels. At this rate, it should now level up the soil one tier per change, rather than two. Still a little more than three times faster than the original rate of only 3%.

I know this is a nerf, but I think this is more balanced. If you prefer the old rate, I can spin that off into a different mod so you can pick and choose.
