Okay, fine you're right. I'll abandon my cannibal-pirate-sadist beliefs, but just because I believe in the power of friendship now it doesn't in any way mean I'm going to join your colony. I'm still a pirate raider, I just don't eat people anymore. And I hate raiders. In fact I'm really unhappy now because my pirate-raider leaders ideologically stand against everything I believe in.

...I think I'm going to vent my frustrations about that by assaulting your other prisoner "Terrorbot9000 the Megaton Doomdeathpuncher".

Certainty
This mod makes prisoners lose certainty instead of gaining it if their mood is high in your prisons (above 35% mood). The speed is the same as what they would normally gain.

(Note: Due to the the certanity change is coded it will sometimes appear to be going in the wrong direction and then drop down to the proper value. This is not a bug. It is just a minor side-effect of my overzealous performance optmizations :) )

Recruiment and Enslavement
Converting a prisoner will dramatically reduce their resistance and somewhat reduce their will.

More specifically, converting a prisoner reduces their resistance by 75% or 15, whichever is higher. This means many foes can be immediately recruited after conversion.

Will is also reduced by 50% or 5, whichever is higher.

@Pip
I expect they should work fine together. Overlapping patches is usually fine as long as it isn't transpilers.

Is this compatible with Priority Treatment Resurrected? (https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3009738919?
There are overlapping harmony patches so I wanted to check

Should work fine. :)

@MekaManiac
I'll put it on the to-do list. No promises when I'll get around to doing it though.

Could we expect a mod option slider in a future update to change how much converting someone lowers resistance? I feel like I recruit prisoners too fast for my taste (as it makes it instant after conversion) with this mod but still love the way it helps converting

Great idea, but hard to add mid-save when my prison is already a misery maximizer. Gotta save this one for my next playthrough...

35% of their mood bar. Same thresholds as vanilla certainity gain. :)
Turambar 21 ABR a las 6:25 a. m.
OK, thank you for the details, maybe you should put them in the description? Also, should it be above 35% or rather relative to the pawn break threshold?
RedMattis  [autor] 21 ABR a las 5:25 a. m.
@Turambar
For performance related to patches it doesn't tick as often as the certainity calculation does. It doesn't actually remove the certinity gain, but rather apply twice as much in the opposite direction every now and then when the conditions are filled.

If you watch a high-mood prisoner over a full day you'll often see it do stuff like: 33%, 34%, 33%, 32%, 33%, 32%, ...

Do make sure the prisoners mood is above 35% though, otherwise it won't do anything to the certainty.
Turambar 20 ABR a las 11:11 a. m.
The certainty change does not seem to work, could it be a conflict? I don't think I have another mod touching that part of the game.
