This double-wide barge has 12 Large Cargo Containers, it is modular, in which you can disconnect and projector in more barge pieces. It weights around 16 Kt fully laden and 4Kt with nothing loaded. Do not use this with Compressed Ores as it will sink with a maxed inventory of compressed ore.

The Tug is Ice Hydrogen Engine powered. Water Worlds are usually near ice caps so this is possible. It has two large atmospheric thrusters forward and 3 other large thrusters for lateral movement and slowing down. Each fully laden barge piece loses the Tug part of the ship around 20 Knots, in which the main Tug goes around 100 Knots without any barges. The maximum speed fully loaded is around 60 knots after several minutes of time to get up to speed. Maybe with four fully laden barges it would only go around 10-15 Knots? (like 7 m/s)

The Barge pieces are pretty expensive in terms of iron, but if you have a ton of iron they can be mass produced and left at (Resource Nodes) mines to fill up over time so you can come by with a Tug and pick them up. The barge pieces themselves do not have any engines or gyros, only some batteries.
