Naked, Hungry, and Afraid

Description
Staying alive on an alien world should be difficult, even when the wildlife isn't actively hunting you. This mod makes basic survival much harder from start to finish by having health, food, and sanity be significantly scarcer. This is a work in progress: all bug reports, suggestions, and feedback is highly welcome via Steam.

CHANGES:
• The basic temperature tolerance of all characters is reduced by 5°C in both direction: naked humans are now comfortable only in the 20° to 35° range.
• All healing actions take twice as long, and long-term injuries have triple duration.
• The harvesting yield of all plants is halved (doesn't affect hay, sticks or wood). To compensate, fertilized farm fields keep their bonus for twice as long.
• Survivors look for food 10h after their last meal, get hungry after 12h, and start starving after 20h (compared to 12h, 18h, and 30h respectivally in vanilla). As a counter balance, all cooking recipes are drastically faster, with quick recipes also having an extra free output and tasty ones being done in batches of 3.
• The initial +50 "determination" happiness decays not just to 0 but eventually goes into the negatives, culminating in an unavoidable -30 after two years.

COMPATIBILITY:
This mod should work well with other mods that add new characters and plants, and will modify them accordingly provided this is loaded last. It works best on a new save file, but can be used on an existing game (survivors already in the party will however not have the modified temperature tolerances). Not tested with any DLC, so compatibility unknown at present.

Note that the game must be restarted after the mod is deselected in order to correctly reset all game data.

Thanks, glad to hear it! Let me know if you have any other balancing concerns, especially if you hit year 3 and that negative happiness starts kicking in hard (it's unchanged in year 1, -10 to -20 in year 2, and -30 afterwards). My reasoning for it was that in my previous game I was at 100 happiness the vast majority of the time, often hitting as high as 135 (even if the UI caps it at 100). -30 seemed appropriate to bring it back to something meaningful, and make higher end sources of happiness like spacious bedrooms and carbon furniture more important.

Admittedly, on top of realistic farming this could be tough. Not even sure that both sets of farming changes are really all that compatible - either in design or implementation.

This really good. I am already playing it second year, great job :)
Is there a way to remove just this one point:
• The initial +50 "determination" happiness decays not just to 0 but eventually goes into the negatives, culminating in an unavoidable -30 after two years.

I mean, could it be not part of it :)
On insane + realistic farming (another mod) it is really dificult, maybe to dificult ;)

This looks interesting. I'll give it a whirl.
